Tried to download the beta version and it didn’t recognize username or password. Went to roll it back and still didn’t recognize username or password. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Same thing. Tried original password in email and my changed password. No difference. How do I get this fixed? I was hoping to go live Monday depending on market conditions.
I would recommend reaching out to firstname.lastname@example.org as it is likely an issue with your account than the product.
I did and I think it will be an easy fix as well. I was curious if anybody else experienced it.

Have sent three emails without a reply. I’m starting to wonder if everything is alright.
A big thank you to Aamar. It was fixed quickly. Not sure what happened. It might be because I am still on the trial period. Either way, it’s fixed.
