TICK and TICKQ in European Opening

I’m based in the UK and use TICK as a filter trading the ES.

Can anyone tell me why it does not show anything during the European open on until the US open?

TICK is data from NYSE which doesn’t open until 9:30 ET

TICK is not available in out of hours trading I’m afraid
